We rent places quite often. 5-6X/year. We have been going to Sunriver for decades. We have rented dozens of SR homesI wish I could give it higher ratings. I would say it is a 3.5.This property has amazing potential and could be a solid continuous 5 star condo. BUT it needs a lot of work and a lot of love. I believe the owners have recently purchased the property and may be beginner vacation property owners.Plus: linens & sheets nice/high end. Master King bed comfortable (did not use 2nd bedroom), View is to die for of Mt Bachelor and on the 17th tee box and fairway. quiet and peaceful setting. Location great. Short walk to mall. Parking just feet from front door. Not so great: It is always so disheartening to have essential items missing from the kitchen, especially on the first evening & first morning. No ice maker - please provide basic ice cube trays in this case.No coffee filters - Brand new machine that has a sticker saying there is a gold filter included.
