Located a short stroll to the Deschutes River and Harper's Bridge, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has all you need for the perfect Sunriver getaway. This home features all new flooring and updated bathrooms. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living area, cook a family meal in the gorgeous kitchen equipped with all the kitchen and dinnerware you need, or get your competition on with a game of foosball or ping pong.

On the main floor, you'll also find a king ensuite bedroom with smart TV and private bathroom with shower over tub configuration.

For added entertainment, both TVs on the main floor have subscription (sports and local channels) plus streaming.

Head upstairs to find a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and full bathroom with shower. In the loft, you'll find a pyramid bunk bed with twin on the top and full on the bottom and a TV. The TVs upstairs all have the Samsung/ Roku combo subscription included for guest's use.

For added fun, head out on one of the 5 adult bicycles provided for your enjoyment. There is also a dry sauna for the ultimate rest and relaxation after cruising the bike trails.

For electric vehicles, there is a Tesla Level 2 universal charger with up to 48 amps / 11.5 kW output. Will charge any EV with integrated J1772 adapter and NACS (Tesla) connectors.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max. No other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

The house has everything you need. The property management company was responsive and helpful. The hot tub was warm and there was plenty of space for people to move about. Foosball and pinging tables were a nice addition!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Garage ping pong was a hit! Location was great to get to bridge to tube. Sun River was frustrating because there were no areas we could pull out of unless we rented out tubes from marina. We had brought our own so that was strange to navigate. We just had to get out of water where it said we couldn’t. Just wanted to share in case other familias are coming with their own gear to tube.

Loved this house! Super clean and well kept. Beds were cozy too. The Sauna was a hit during the rainy times. The fam loved the foosball table. Will for sure stay here again in the future.

Home was clean, cozy, and well appointed. Best nights sleep I've had in a vacation rental, the beds (and pillows) were great. Checkout seemed a little early however their cleaning requests were very minor compared to some places I have stayed which I think made the trade off more than fair. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very Nice Property

This house is a diamond. Our stay included myself, husband, dog, and kids age 9 & 4. Very cozy home feel with a well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the lofted bedroom and foosball table! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac which our family loves. Would recommend and would stay again!

Mountain retreat

Clean, roomy house.lots of fun things to do around the house, Bikes to explore the beautiful area. Lots to do around Sunriver we enjoyed golfing, biking, swimming, white water, rafting, and renting ATVs riding bikes to the coffee shop. The deer where everywhere they would hang around the house, squirrels that were huge and the smell of the pine was incredible. Definitely would go back.

Great house for family stay

We stayed at Deschutes 8 in July 2023 with our extended family and had a great time. The house is so well stocked, the bikes work great, the foosball and ping pong make the house so fun for kids. The AC (which is so important!) works great. It's also very clean and has a great layout.

Well worth it!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay at this cozy home. It was well-stocked with lots of fun for all, from kitchen spices to puzzles and games including the indoor foos-ball table and ping pong set up in the garage, we all were able to relax and enjoy!
