I thought it might be loud with the roundabout location, but we didn't find it noisy - maybe that's the city folk in us. I loved that we were just a few blocks walking to and from dinner & bar spots. Other bed soft. Easy instructions. Wi fi down first 2 days, and last 2, but reimbursed us a little, manager responsive. Apple TV not my favorite-!! Could have used a few more towels and washcloths.
