It only took a few minutes to walk down to the trails on the river. We enjoyed walking through all the parks, where we saw lots of deer and geese, and also through the shopping, restaurants, and pubs. It is an easy drive to Mt Bachelor, where we had a good lunch while watching the skiers, and lots of hiking areas. The space itself was very comfortable. We hosted a couple of dinners for family living in the area and made good use of the BBQ grill and the large hot tub. The host provides towels for the hot tub. We found the cutting board had been put away dirty by previous tenants and not cleaned, furniture was very dirty. We had no vacuum or we would have cleaned some ourselves. Outdoor area is very nice but would have been nice for it to have at least been swept before our arrival or cob webs cleaned. There were practical items for baby, lots of toys + games and a hot tub for the adults. The only thing I wish they had was a baby gate for the stairs!
