Cozy get away to enjoy the snow! Quelah Condo 105 is centrally located in Sunriver. The Quelah Condo Complex is on Circle 3, the same road that takes you to the Marina and the Sunriver Horse Stables. It is a 5 min walk to the Nature center and about 20 minutes to the shopping center. Our condo has an unbeatable view of Lake Aspen and Mt. Bachelor from the back patio! Deer, swan, ducks, geese, and even an occasional otter can be seen. The stars at night are amazing! This two bedroom two bath condo is air-conditioned throughout. The master bedroom is well appointed with a king bed and mango wood furnishing, flat screen TV and DVD player. Small desk to keep up on work. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen and two single beds , TV with DVD. Both shower stalls are equipped with handle bars for easy in/out. Very spacious living room with leather furnishing, big screen smart TV, DVD and wireless internet connection. There is wood flooring in the main rooms, carpets in the bedrooms, central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, a new electric range, and a big Weber Gas Barbecue Grill. Each Quelah condo has its own private covered parking and space for extra car. Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING please! The Quelah Condo complex has three private tennis courts, jacuzzi, swimming pool and kids' pool. The Sunriver Resort has a new Aquatic and Recreation Center, tennis courts, scenic golf courses, shopping, restaurants and over 33 miles of bicycle paths to explore. Great place to work remote. The communal amenities—pool, hot tub, and tennis courts—add to the resort-like feel, making it ideal for both relaxation and recreation.The owners are always available to take care of any questions or requests.But what truly sets this place apart is its location and view. Just steps from the nature center, my daily walks feel like something out of a dream. From the deck, I love watching the steady stream of bikers and walkers pass by on the nearby path—it’s the perfect spot for peaceful people-watching with a cup of coffee in hand.And the view… it’s simply breathtaking. I’ve stayed in Sunriver many times, and I can honestly say this is one of the best—if not the best—views in the area. From the living room, you can watch swans glide across the water, geese and ducks paddling by, herons standing tall, and deer wandering through the landscape. It’s like having your own private nature show.Sunriver holds a special place in my heart, and Quelah 105 is my sanctuary within it. I’ve stayed here several times over the years. Life threw me a curveball—cancer kept me away for a while—but I’m back now, and this sweet condo welcomed me like an old friend. I’ll absolutely be returning again. ##### Margaret H. This location is close enough to everything in Sunriver. The view off the back of the nature reserve is great. We enjoyed the space and that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The view from the back porch is just as pictured, and “Gus” (a large resident swan) greeted us from the pond as we opened the screened doors to bask in the fresh air and sunshine. The walking/cycling trails are extensive (including unpaved mountain bike trails), and the location provides great access to the nature preserve just across the pond, the marina, horses, the river trail, golf, and Sunriver Village grocery, restaurants, and shops. Our only disappointments (which had nothing to do with the owners) were that the tennis nets were not yet up on the Quelah courts so we couldn’t play (pre-Memorial Day weekend) and there were two “prescribed burns” in the vicinity that limited outdoor activity on those days. That said, the beautiful location, well appointed condo, responsive owners, and many available activities promoting both rest and recreation are what we will again look forward to on return visits!
