The deck was expansive with room comfortable seating for the whole group, and more. Hot tub was great, too. Lot of "yard space" out back for some yard style games. Deck could use some love but it was functional. Regarding the provided bikes, we found 2 adult size that were usable. From my 96yo mom to my 7yo grandson, this house was perfect.
