The location is great. The resort has many amenities and is very comfortable. The condo itself is a warm, inviting, and a comfortable space. The only con we found was the kitchen was missing some basic cooking supplies (ex: a frying pan and colander). We made do, it just would have been nice to have them. We really enjoyed our time here and would book again next time.
The ice rink and staff were awesome. Pools are a fun experience outsode with snow all around. The restaurant was great. Perfect place to come back to after the mountain.
Beautifully decorated condo! Also very clean! We were impressed with the comfortable beds and quality furniture. We are planning to return to this exact condo next year we loved it so much!

Nice Condo
Stayed here with my daughter for Labor Day weekend. I slept in the bedroom while she slept on the pull out, both beds were very comfortable and the condo is warm and welcoming. Extra blankets and pillows are available as were extra towels.
We enjoyed the pool where you can grab a drink at the bar and then sit poolside and enjoy yourself.
Overall, lovely condo, and lovely resort
Beautiful property. Perfect for a small family, we had a fantastic week in Bend. The property is very comfortable and has enough cooking utensils; the beds were good for resting. Staying in the rental allowed us to use all the amenities the resort offers: warm outdoor pools, a hot tub, mini golf, and a gym, not to mention that the rental is only 15 minutes away from Mt. Bachelor! I would love to go back. Thanks for renting your property!
This was a great place to stay and amenities such as on site restaurant and pool/hot tubs are a plus. Downsides - there seems to be a noisy "ticking" sound in the bedroom which didnt seem related to the heat or electronics, I really couldnt tell what it was and it was bothersome at night. Bring earplugs. Black out drapes would have been nice as the parking lot lights shine at night causing too much light in the bedroom. Otherwise a great place.

Thank you!
The couch is a bit scratchy, and the bed is way too soft for my back. However, this is a great spot. Very nice inside with everything you need. Bring cooking oil if you plan to cook. Glad there was a blowdryer (as I forgot mine). Perfect spot to unwind after hitting the mountain with friends. Also, a large grass area right outside which was great for my pup, and a nice view from the balcony.

Liked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness
The staff was friendly but pushy I made it clear we booked this spot just because we were there to see family we haven’t seen since a memorial service years prior we had lots of things we were doing and no time to sit in on a meeting for a free gift and we weren’t interested. The room has at least 10-15 wrist bands left in there but it states if they aren’t returned there’s a fine? I made sure and returned my party and the other bands I found in there when I checked out. For the most part the condo was perfect. The floors obviously weren’t cleaned well though because I found pills on the floor when we got there. I’m not one to complain but we had children with us and if they had found those I would’ve lost my mind. They were quick to address it which we appreciated. Property was beautiful and the stay was nice cleanliness could use a little improvement.
This has got to be the best looking place at 7th Mtn! Beautifully and professionally remodeled and fully updated! Whoever made the kitchen island must have been a true master artisan! Location is perfect, be the first up to the mountain. Deschutes River Trail is literally in the back yard. Go mountain biking right out the front door. The facilities are awesome! 3 swimming pools and hot tubs! Well landscaped! Onsite Ice rink in winter time. Super convenient to have a restaurant right within the community also. I will be back as often as I can to this exact unit! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Really nice home
It was a nice home with comfortable furnishings and beautiful finishes. My only complaints are with the management company who didn’t check the home before we arrived: the smoke detector batteries were low so we arrived to loud beeping. The resort was nice enough to help us even though they said they were not supposed to. (The resort doesn’t manage this property). It was also confusing that I was supposed to check in with the resort even though I had a 10 digit code to get in the door via Vacasa. The resort gave me a key card which didn’t work on this property…
I honestly don’t want to write a review because I’m worried too many people will start coming here! This place is truly a hidden gem. We typically stay in Sunriver when visiting the area but wanted a more affordable option. We were pleasantly shocked at how great Seventh Mountain is. Check in was a breeze. There’s many on site activities and we never had to fight for a spot at the pool. Plus you’re only about 10 min from town without having to deal with the traffic.
The room itself was super cute and was great for us. I can’t speak for the Murphy bed or pull out bed since we never used them. My only recommendation is the door between the bedroom and the living area is very very loud, easily waking up whoever was sleeping when it was opened or closed. These are apartment style condos so it is expected you will hear some of your neighbors walking, shutting doors etc but it was never loud. Will definitely come back again
We really like staying in this Complex because of the lovely pool, hot tub, and sauna. Unit is cute, well set up, and convenient, with good amenities. We would stay again, but there were a few issues:1. The security guard was aggressive around the property. You have to use a chip to get into the securely gated pool area, and while enjoying the hot tub, we didn't carry our chips (They have draconian warning signs about not losing the pool bands, so we left ours in the locker room to be safe after scanning into the LOCKED gate).Although we had already interacted with the guard multiple times on previous days, he approached this time and demanded to see our cards. It was about ten degrees out and snowing. We were wet and in bare feet and very far from the locker room. Plus, there was no requirement that we carry these things at all times. The pool feels safe and secure. Is it really necessary to loom over guests days after day and then to suddenly demand that they get their bands with the chip in them? The unit is very nice, but it is not for the noise sensitive. the bedroom has a loud tick in the wall (pipes?) and a loud heating system. You can hear the heavy footed above. We slept in the LR on the Murphy, which worked out fine for two, but if you have a large group, whoever sleeps in the bedroom will have to deal with the noise.3.A back up into the bath sink from deep in the plumbing smelled bad and made one bathroom inoperable. VRBO did not send a plumber or compensat
Great location and very nice condo. Could use some wine glasses and more water glasses. Also most VRBO’s have an informational binder with info on the rental as well as local activities. This would be nice. Overall, no complaints.

Great Find!
We hadn’t been to Seventh Mountain in decades. It proved to be a great getaway even after all these years for my husband and I, and our dog. It has a relaxed atmosphere and is well maintained. The contactless entry was easy and made for a smooth arrival and departure.
We hope to return.
This was the perfect landing pad for our adventures for our short get away. It had everything we needed for a comfortable get away and was close to the OSU Cascade Campus for our visit there as well.
During the week Was a perfect time to stay at the Inn of the Seventh Mountain. The pools and hot tubs were still open and very clean. The accommodations were tastefully and carefully laid out so we had all we needed for a great, relaxing, comfortable stay. Loved the showers and sofa. Plan to repeat this trip!
