With 2 bedrooms on either end of the house and the living space in the middle - it's great for multiple families. Comes with 8 free unlimited access SHARC passes - you'll save $25 per person, per visit. Bikes: There are 6 bikes at this home (5 adult/1 child). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Created confusion when we got to the house and delayed getting into the house. Multiple emails with differing check-in and check-out times. One of the recliners in the house was damaged and not comfortable to sit in. Only mentioning because limited seating. The snow had not really been cleared off the back deck and had to walk over the ice and snow to access hot tub. The beds were very uncomfortable and sunk towards the middle, tried multiple beds but didn’t sleep well. Checked under beds when leaving to make sure we got everything, and there was a lot of previous trash and junk under beds. There were no tongs in the kitchen The house was in a great location and has a nice layout, but furniture and up keep not hitting the mark. We have rented in Sun River before and will continue, but might keep looking for properties. ##### Christian E.
