Each bedroom has a bathroom attached which is what sold us on this rental. We counted 10 deer in the yard one day. Rabbits and squirrels running around too! The hot tub was great with a rule to not talk over the jets after 9pm. Bend seems to have a very strict noise ordinance but that was described in all of our communication with the owner so it wasn't a surprise. Bend is lovely and all ages enjoyed themselves. The property was beautiful and well equipped plus was centrally located so we could come and go and make it the hub of all activities. Would definitely recommend.
