Lovely, 2 level luxury home in the quiet and prestigious North End of Sunriver Resort has 3 bedrooms plus loft and 2 bathrooms. Features A/C, newly remodeled bathrooms, 4 decks, new private hot tub and gas BBQ. Great view of Mt. Bachelor from kitchen and loft upstairs. The spacious master bedroom on the main floor has a vanity/sink and hot tub just outside.

Our lodge style home has a cedar ceiling soaring above the 2nd floor loft. The custom rock fireplace, new 42" flat screen Smart TV for streaming on your account/DVD/Cable system, cathedral windows, tasteful furnishings and decor make this a relaxing place to gather at the end of a fun-filled Sunriver day.

Our home is located in the heart of Sunriver in a beautiful setting with easy access to all Sunriver amenities and across the street from the 15th green of the Woodlands Golf Course. The bike path conveniently located next to our home takes you to SHARC, the Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, or the Woodlands Golf Course. Our home has four decks where you can enjoy the morning sun on the front deck under the Aspen trees and the afternoon sun on the upper and lower back decks.

We have a wood burning fireplace with ample wood for those cozy evenings, hardwood floors in kitchen and dining area; new tile on kitchen counters. The house has a freshly painted exterior. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with tile and new bath and lighting fixtures. The upstairs bath has a combination tiled bath/shower and the downstairs bath has a tiled walk-in shower. The gas BBQ, patio furniture, and market umbrella are conveniently located on the deck off dining room. Five skylights keep the home very light and bright. The master suite on the main floor has a queen bed and additional vanity/sink with the hot tub just outside. The second master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, deck, TV/DVD. The third bedroom has two twin beds and deck. There is a queen hide-a-bed in the loft overlooking living room. View of Mt. Bachelor is an added plus.

Our landscaping includes grass in front yard and a natural backyard. We have a large two-car garage, 5 bikes, 2 sleds and 2 pair snowshoes for your use. Our lot is very private and deer often bed down in our back yard. Our Corn Hole Set can be enjoyed on the front lawn. Sorry, We Do Not Allow Pets or Smoking.

Wonderful home and lovely host! This house was perfect for our family summer vacation! The house is spacious, great location, amazing amenities such as a/c, hottub, bbq grill and sharc passes! This place is great - AC is nice and cold on a hot day, everything works even if a few things are a little bit dated. My family had a nice stay. Beds are comfy too.

The home was comfortable and decorated like a mountain cabin with all of the extras like a hot tub and outside decks to see the view. All kinds of extras were there in case we needed things like 6 bikes. So appreciate this location and the home.

Sunriver relaxation

We stayed in Sunriver after a Hells Canyon rafting trip. This home was everything we wanted and more. I don't think the pictures on the site do it justice. The home is decorated beautifully. Every bedroom has a deck. The upstairs has a private sitting area which was perfect. We loved our stay and would stay there again. Unfortunately we usually travel with our dogs and this home doesn't allow dogs- which we understand. We highly recommend this home.

Nice home, good location. A little bit dated but clean and organized. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. I did a lot of cooking and had to pinch-hit some needed pots and pans. One burner didn't heat up (front right). There were sugar ants in the kitchen on the counter and in the sink.

Long weekend getaway!

Carol was great to work with. She went above and beyond, contacting us prior to our stay offering to work with us if we wanted to cancel/reschedule our trip because she knew that a snowstorm had hit our town, and thought we might want to cancel/reschedule. House was clean, nice layout, well stocked, festively decorated and just what we needed to for a few days away. Will definitely stay again.

Great family home!

We stayed at this perfect home! So comfortable. Easy to get around. The front yard with grass was super fun so grandkids could come over and play. House is well stocked and so easy to use. Will stay again. Carol was easy to talk to and very flexible with times too.

July 2024 vacation

My wife, daughter and grandson stayed at this home in July 2024 during the great heatwave of 2024. Thank goodness this house had good air conditioning which kept the house very comfortable. The house is comfortable and conveniently located - walked to Fort Rock Park in about 1/2 hr. The availability of biked is nice. Very quiet at night.
