Easy access to the river and trail to Benham falls. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms are good size - master bed is very confortable. Two twin beds may need updating soon but they’re fine for kids. Brand new hot tub is a great way to end the day and soothe aching legs after a day of hiking, biking, etc. It would be nice to have a larger deck to dine on and lounge around.
