The Space:

Inside, the open-concept living space is light, bright, and welcoming, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural sunshine. Travertine flooring runs throughout the main living area, centered around a unique see-through fireplace that can be enjoyed from both the dining area and the comfortably furnished living room.



The kitchen is a true highlight, designed for both entertaining and everyday use. It features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, maple cabinetry, and excellent lighting. Gather around the island with bar seating for drinks and appetizers, or prepare meals with ease using the fully stocked selection of small appliances, cookware, and utensils. Additional features include an Insta-Hot water dispenser, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with adjustable burner sizes, and a warming drawer beneath the oven. The adjacent dining area seats six at a stylish table with leather chairs.



After dinner, relax in the living room with Blu-Ray movies, a flat-screen TV, and a Bose surround sound system. The home also offers Wi-Fi and Roku for streaming and staying connected.



Upstairs, you’ll find two primary suites.

The main primary bedroom features a maple platform king bed, a cozy sectional sofa, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV with 5.1 surround sound — perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

The second primary suite includes a 37-inch wall-mounted TV, two swivel reading chairs, and a desk, making it a great option for guests who need a quiet workspace.



Downstairs, the third bedroom offers a queen bronze metal bed and its own 32-inch swivel-mounted flat-screen TV. All bedrooms include custom-built closets with generous shelving and hanging space. Each of the three bathrooms has been tastefully updated with modern cabinetry, marble countertops, and Travertine showers.



After a full day enjoying everything Sunriver has to offer, soak in the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ on the back deck, or take advantage of the Eaglewood Pool, located just outside the front door and open June through September (weather permitting).

Use your 6-digit keyless entry code to access the home. Most homes can be entered through either the front door or the side door, depending on the property layout.

The area features homes surrounded by trees, and nearby amenities include access to bike paths, the Deschutes River, and many other perks



Getting Around:

Sunriver has traffic circles, a new network of mountain biking and hiking trails, and pedestrian/bicycle pathways. Over 35 miles of paved bikes trails.
