Just got back from staying in this studio apartment it was absolutely lovely. Clean well equipped every thing you need for a pleasent stay plenty of blankets and pillows. Apartment is a lot bigger than what the photos actually show. Brilliant location 15 min walk down to beach or 5 min to town. Plenty of bars and restaurants. 10 min walk from Arroyo train station. wifi English TV channels. Gorgeous views over the mountains and sea view. The owner Geoff was a lovely host very welcoming nothing was to much trouble. Could easily contact him if we needed to. Apartments them selves kepted clean. Would deffinetly recommend to anyone who is wanting a cheap no frills holiday. I Would deffinetly book again.Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the pool was closed until the end of May. Nov 11, 2017 #### Fantastic Location Arrived early but were able to access the property just after 1pm. Jeff was there to meet us and was very helpful and made us feel very welcome and explained all that we needed to know about the apartment. He set up the wi-fi which was a real godsend. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Didn't watch much tv but it was available. Great shower which is very important. Located just a 5 min walk from Bonanza square and very close to the Arroya where we spent a fair bit of time. Bus stops are nearby and the railway station at the Arroya is about 10 minutes walk. Would recommend to couples looking for a good base if staying in the area. ##### Mike M.
