Our duplex holiday accommodation is located in La Quinta.  
  
With panoramic views from our amazing rooftop terrace, community swimming pool and other facilities we ensure an outstanding holiday feeling. The community is closely located next to the La Quinta Golf resort, which is one of the best locations if you are a golf fanatic. Places like Puerto Banus, Marbella, shopping centers, nightlife, restaurants and the beaches are reachable within 15 minutes by car.  
  
IMPORTANT: read 'Other Things to Note' section for mandatory information.  
  
The Space:  
Our fully renovated double floor apartment located in La Quinta Hills has:  
\- Two bedrooms.  
\- Two bathrooms.  
\- Fully equipped modern kitchen.   
\- Living room with relaxing and dining area.  
\- Several outside terraces.   
\- Rooftop terrace with lounge set.   
\- Panoramic views all the way to the island Gibraltar and even Morocco on a clear day.  
\- Sunset views behind the mountains.   
\- Wi-Fi.  
\- Playstation  
\- Smart TV  
\- Hairdryer.  
\- Air-conditioning and heating system.  
  
Guest Access:  
While staying with us you can make use of: the pool and garden located in the urbanization, free parking places right in front of the apartment and all amenities.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
We would like to call La Quinta the Beverly Hills of Spain. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses.  
Next to this we would like to highlight the safety and friendly environment of this area.  
  
Getting Around:  
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:  
  
\- Peurto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.  
\- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away.  
\- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.  
\- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.  
\- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.  
\- Ronda: 60 minutes away.  
\- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
1\. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.  
2\. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.   
3\. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.  
4\. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.  
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.  
6\. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.   
7\. Speaker is not present during your stay.  
8\. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.   
9\. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.   
10\. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us.   
  
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us at any time.  
  
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
