Location, Location, Location. This cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is situated right on 16th Ave. Driveway fits 3 cars. It also has full kitchen with dishwasher, family room with 50" TV and sectional, enclosed porch, back deck, grassed area for kids and pets and a full unfinished basement with washer/dryer. . Outdoor shed for bikes and chairs. 2.5 Blocks to beach, restaurants/bars and shopping. Bring your beach attire, bikes and enjoy. Please call me if you have further questions. 732-522-2731

The house location you can’t beat The house is very comfortable and has a nice feel the property owner was very good with communication the walk to the beach was only 2 1/2 blocks everything was very close perfect. A few little things I would recommend if I was the owner maybe change the outlets to three prong and a few USB charging outlets there’s no outlet in the bathroom for hair drying the deck could be replaced but overall this did not take away from our great experience would come here again

Overall the apartment was just as described, shown, is great for a group of young adults, fantastic location and nice outdoors. Large couch for hanging out when tapped out from the beach as well. 10/10

Very clean and great location

We recently stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Here are some of the main highlights of this property: 1.) It is very clean! As soon as we walked in, it was obvious that the house was deep cleaned before we arrived. The linens and towels and blankets were also very clean and fresh, which we appreciated. 2.) Great location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there is a Dunkin Donuts and some other places to get food right at the end of the street. The neighborhood has a lot of charm, lots of cute beach houses to look at on the walk to the beach. And the neighborhood has sidewalks which is a plus. It was also very close to grocery stores, restaurants and only a quick 20 minute drive to get to the boardwalk in Point Pleasant. 3.) The property owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. 4.) The house is very comfortable. There is a nice big sectional in the living room, and I loved the 4 season porch which also had air conditioning. It was nice to sit out there for our meals. My son was a big fan of the bunk beds. The house had all the essentials; I did run out to the Dollar Store to buy a cutting board and dish towel, and some extra coal for the grill, but that was it. We had everything else we needed. Bonus that there is a washer/dryer in the basement. 5.) I really appreciate that the owner allows pets! We didn't want to leave our older dog home with a pet sitter while we were on our vacation so it was great that we were able to bring him along on our trip. Another reviewer mentioned noise from other houses down the street. We arrived on a Saturday and we did hear some noise from parties down the street that night, but after that, it seemed like a lot of the partiers left town, so it wasn't a nuisance at all. The direct neighbors were very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Thank you to Sahar for making this place available to use! We were thrilled with the location and the walking proximity to - not only the beach - but to restaurants and basketball courts for my teens. Can't wait to stay again!

Family Shore Trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this house. The property manager is very responsive, and communication was good. The house was extremely clean and has all the basics like sheets, towels, and dishes. The washer and dryer is a huge plus. It's an old house that hasn't been updated, so it's got some old house creaks, but nothing that we thought was a major issue during our stay. The one real complaint we had, though, isn't about the house itself, but about the parties at one of the neighboring houses. The immediate neighbors are delightful, but one of the houses across the street had crazy parties over both weekends complete with outdoor DJed dance parties, etc. According to the neighbors, that home is not a rental property and the owners throw frequent parties over the summer. We know this is pretty normal Belmar summer activity, but it was not a great situation with young kids. So, overall, this is a very clean property, close to the beach and Main Street, but probably best suited to those without very young children who need to get to sleep before the 10 pm noise curfew.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We stayed at Sahar’s house with family and friends. The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for a quick walk to the beach or the main strip. Location couldn’t be better and Sahar was quick to answer any questions. Great host and property!
