Above Bellwald, 2.5 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the skiing area. Private: property with trees. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access to 200 m from the house (mountain road). 200 m steep footpath to the house. Parking at 200 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Bellwald, Gondelstation" 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (9 hole) 25 km, cable car 1.5 km, ski lift 200 m, slopes 20 m, ski school, sled run 200 m, cross country ski track 5 km. Nearby attractions: UNESCO Welterbe Aletsch 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Aletsch Arena 10 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Partly renovated in 2016, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Parquet floors. Balcony. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Parking at 200 m. Please note: non-smokers only.
