"There were several light bulbs out throughout the room. There was also no hot water available in the sink. I informed the staff of this and they said they would fix this."

The Blue Heron - Lake Side Chalet
"I took a much needed trip and this was the perfect spot for me. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I can't wait till I can come back. Gloria was a excellent host and quickly to answer any questions. Love this place!"

"This property was not in the condition presented by the pictures online. It looks like this was first rented about 4 or 5 yrs ago and I think the pics are from that time.
