This property has the capacity to be utilized by either small or large groups and options for use are also variable. The house and grounds are perfect for yoga retreats, corporate getaways, wellness or celebrations.
The house has been meticulously renovated throughout with modern interiors and luxurious finishes and fixtures, the warm and beautiful colour palette creating a lovely ambiance and space designed to complement the environment of Trees, Timber, Stone and Ocean. The style and colour scheme are carried throughout and the cooling tones, artwork and furnishings combine to create a sense of casual luxury. The floor plan is flexible and offers the choice of 1 large 5 bedroom house with 2 living areas or 2 independent levels consisting of an upper level with 3 bedrooms, main with king size bed, ensuite with separate bath and shower plus a study. There are a further 2 bedrooms off the hallway, 1 with queen bed and the other with 2 king single beds. A bathroom is within easy reach and has a shower and toilet.
A self contained studio on the lower level has 2 further bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. The open plan living and dining room is spacious and looks out to a private entertaining deck. There is a well equipped kitchen, ideal for early morning coffees before the rest of the house wakes, as well as a central bathroom with shower. An internal staircase seamlessly links the two areas if required.
The main house hosts large open plan living, dining and living room, which all connect to the kitchen. There is a wonderful sense of integration with the land and the huge glass windows and doors which open onto the terrace, capture stunning garden and gully views and northern sunshine. The feature fireplace is great for all seasons and creates a wonderful ambient warmth. The use of comfortable cushions, rugs, magazines and books allow guests to feel at home and relaxed.
The lovely spotted um kitchen bench is fabulous for food preparation and conversation and the kitchen is fully equipped to cater to whatever your needs.
Additional features of the property include ; multiple private decks with outdoor tables and sun lounges, cooling and heating, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, laundry, powder room, off street parking for multiple cars.
