Nestled in a vast field, it\`s the ideal base to venture out and explore the coast, Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie, and mountain bike trails. Return to a romantic retreat featuring sweeping views, local wildlife, and a plush queen bed. Whether exploring or staying in to slow down and reconnect, this is your coastal sanctuary. Please note: There are 2 Mods on the property, the other is called \`Noel\`. Explore the Surf Coast Walk and Eumeralla Mountain Bike Trails in the Great Otway National Park, all on the doorstep of our stunning mods. \- 1 x Queen bed \- 1 x bathroom \- Kitchenette only - no oven \- Toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer, portable single hob induction cooker, toast and melt sandwich press, coffee pod machine with frother \- Quality drinking water through a filtration and purification system \- Mood light sensors in the living area and bathroom \- Starlink internet connection \- 7 star energy efficiency Strictly no pets – wildlife and farm animals are nearby and the boundary fence is not secure.
