I stayed at Square-9 regularly for 12 years now, remarkably consistent: clean, location is great, the staff is super-nice and helpful, the breakfast is great. The two gripes I have with the hotel haven't changed in these years, either: they really should add more/better cardio machines in the gym (all machines, really) and they really must stop allowing smoking in the lobby - I mean, children would be having breakfast in the clouds of smoke, who does that nowadays...

the place was gorgeous and the staff was very good. the location was also exactly what we wanted... ideal for the key places in belgrade. we had one issue that was a major issue. before 0800 one morning a woman from the cleaning staff just walked into our room. like no knock and awkwardly didn't have a cart. just walked right on in. made me concerned for my security the entire time. I would have at least felt better if she had a cleaning cart or I had clothes on. so not cool. the front desk felt bad and gave us free breakfast. didn't exactly restore my sense of security and safety.

The hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing boards. Guests are expected to go to the hotel facilities to do their own ironing or use the paid laundry service. The hotel is modern. The rooms are a little dark for my taste with only one small window. The hallway carpets coming out of the elevator needs cleaning. The Hermes toiletries smell very good.
