The room could have been cleaner. But overall, it's a great location. Short drive to Bush gardens and water park. Expedia claims that the hotel is a walking distance to bush gardens. Not true. Bush gardens is directly across from the hotel, but to walk there you have to cross a highway and railroad tracks. Very risky move. So don't believe their description. I spent an hour on the phone with expedia arguing about it.

Cockroach in the bathroom, broken lock, no Netflix, pool closed early (8pm) so did restaurants, cobwebs and bugs everywhere, blood on switches, stained towels, no garbage bags, sink had hole, bathtub had weird gaping hole at wall. This is not a 4star hotel.

The place looks a lot better in the pictures than in reality. I was not impressed that they charge me to check in an hour early when there were rooms available. Every time I approached the front desk I had to wait for someone to come up, which was not long, but jut was not the normal hospitality experience you normally experience elsewhere.
