It was clean and easily accessible. Parking on the street was pretty easy, (we arrived in April) and fairly quiet on a Saturday night. Walkable to many sights!

A basic rooftop room in a town house. A double bed, wardrobe, ensuite shower, toilet and sink. There was only a couple of plug sockets away from the bed that I could find. the TV was mounted on the wall and did accept streaming from my phone once connected to the WIFI which was handy. The roof window/skylight was filled in with wood so the room had no natural light. The bathroom was small and a bit cramped but service the purpose but I didn't have hot water at all from either the sink or shower despite leaving the water to run for sometime.
Overall for the money paid it was fine, I just needed a place to crash while going about my business. The local area had a couple of pubs a few restaurants and a nearby local shop. Good bus links into the city center and you could walk it in 20-25 minutes if you wanted to.
A great room for a budget stop over. This room had everything we needed for using as a base. With one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. But budget is the key word here. Paper cups for morning coffees and we only had one towel between two...
As a mainland Brit, I was pleased with the amenities offered for the price. There were some things (a kitchen) that I wasn't expecting, but I gather are pretty normal inclusions in NI. But nothing was unwelcome: the other guests were unobtrusive, the location was good, and the stay overall was very pleasant.
Really easy check in with the electronic locks.
Good location, short walk from Ulster museum and about 20mins to the centre. Quiet street, with no noise internally or externally.
Comfy and clean bed.
Loved the bedroom in a room in the room; this protected my sleep from outside noise and light. Best sleep in a hotel room yet! Good location, close to where I needed to be. The hotel doesn't seem to have staff on location, but when I rang the number, the guy answered promptly, super friendly and resolved my issue (lost door code) immediately.
The OYO Queens Quarter hotel was a good value and a convenient place to stay. The room was clean and we had what we needed. We were able to get around by bus and foot easily. There’s a variety of restaurants and take-away nearby, which we enjoyed.
Property was recently remodeled, nice shared kitchen and community room, parking was only on the street and near the university.

Clean and tidy and comfortable but this is without doubt the noisest place I've ever stayed. There is supposed to be a noise curfew between 11_7 but that all goes out the window when there is nobody there to police it. Doors slamming all night partly down to the door closing system and you can hear every word spoken in the next room and when that is 3am first night and 4:30am second we were unable to have a full night sleep.
Don't get me wrong it was a cheap price so my expectations were not that hight but the least I expected was a little quiet and privacy.
The conversion was obviously done on the cheap with no sound proofing which is a shame

Check in was easy and good location for Belfast and beyond. The blinds are in no way lightproof and the bathroom amenities weren’t actually refilled between guests. I think the mattresses need updating and the room in parts looked like it hadn’t been completed as the rough edges of a lot of mdf were visible. I think it needed maintenance in the long run
20 mins walk to the city centre..The area where this is located is so run down and this building is one of the few which is not boarded off ,but there is a Holidayinn just opposite. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There was not much noise even with close proximity to the main road..The bathroom was not as clean with @#£/ stains on the wall and my bad luck decided to take the toilet brush to clean the toilet. It was so dirty and the sight haunted me for a couple of days..Overall acceptable
Great kithen facilities. Comfy bed. Excellent cleaner who ensures high standards of cleanliness. The Hostle is warm, is welcoming and the staff and guest are friendly. A home from home hostle. Recommended.

It was a short notice stay . I was travelling late from ferry .
Its handy with digital checking in.
The best place I have ever stayed in, communication with staff was so easy especially as I checked in late as well, they were so useful and helpful, room was clean and refreshments and towels were available as per the listing as well as a bin in both room and en suite and also plenty of toilet rolls available

When I arrived, I was put in an attic room with a broken window. This window has huge gaps around it which would of made the bed wet. However I contacted them on the app and they quickly moved us. The room we moved in to was alot better, more space and no broken window. It's about 20 minutes walk away from the main square so not too far, lots of charity shops, shops and food places around. The bus route is just at the top of the road. The mattress and beds needs upgrading. People would happily come back if they beds were better. Feeling every spring is in the bed puts people off coming back to this place.
Property was very clean and tidy.
My wife was attending City hospital for chemotherapy and instead of travelling for 2 hrs home 2hrs back up this morning it was great to relax.
5 stars
The room was confortable with everything needed. I expecially appreciated the fully equipped coffe/tea corner. Excellent position, close to the universy quarters with lots of pubs/restaurants/cafes/parks and a short walk to the city centre.
The only suggestions I can give is to have a more confortable mattress and to oil the bathroom door that screeches noisily.
Again TJ went out of his way to accommodate my wife and I.
We were allowed access to the property way before our selected time and the room was immaculate.
