"This is definitely NOT a bar-hopping beach/shopping spring break destination. It's not on a beach. It's located 2-3 hours by car from San Juan International Airport. It's a 30 minute plus ride to a beach and the nearest sizable town on a combination gravel and blacktop country roads that wind through bannaa and coconut plantations and up the mountain. But when you get to the end of that road you are in for a treat! The views are stunning, The house itself is beautiful and perfectly maintained....

"My 3 siblings with our spouses spent 8 days at Casa Cristal and the Villa made a great vacation outstanding. The initial entry shows a magnificent view of the Pacific from Manuel Antonio almost to Quepos. "We stayed in Bejuco for 5 weeks in February 2024. The location is great. It is a quick walk down to the beach for sunrises and sunsets, often seeing monkeys, macaws, and sloths. The beach is quiet and beautiful for walking or playing in the waves. The community is very friendly and the guys on the gate were wonderful. We felt very safe. The air conditioning was perfect.
