Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible experience

This place was horrible, it was filthy, bathrooms were moldy & the wall were broken, no sheets towels or toilet paper. All the garbage was still in the place when we arrived. We had to rent a hotel when we arrived because the place was still occupied. The next day we had to pay for a taxi to get to the place and nothing was done. I repeatedly tried to each the owner and he kept promising all would be done but nothing did. I left the place in the middle of the night when cockroaches started popping out. On top of all this ,the owner kept hounding for payment even though i had cancelled. He never repaid me for the hotel i rented nor the taxi. I recommend no one ever rent this place and that hotels.com reputation will be harmed by keep this person on their site
