« While our visit to the area was for a sad reason, to attend a funeral in Perham, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marion Lake Lodge. The property, lake, and home are beautiful and worked great for our family (4 bedrooms for 7 adults). The location was very convenient, only about a 10 minute drive to Perham and the home had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful and answered all of our questions promptly. We would highly recommend Marion Lake Lodge. »

« We were surprised to see that the yard was full of metal. Also i do not think there is heat in the bathroom. I can see where during the Summer it would be great. »

« Overall, the place was ok. There were a lot of items where some handyman work needs to be done (holes in walls, lose kitchen sink, doors closing correctly, baseboard heating, etc...). We were there in October and the evenings were cool so we needed heat but there wasn't an easy way to get the heat turned on. There were three temperature controllers on the walls but it seemed like only one worked. We finally just did each one separately via the dial which helped. The bathroom door did not latch...

« We stayed up here for a week to do some walleye fishing. The cabin was great. Fishing on the lake at this time due to drought wasn’t good but that can’t be helped. We ended up doing on a guided tour on Pelican Lake and caught our limit of Walleye 🙂🙂. We loved the view of the lake and the cabin. I would recommend this cabin for families with young kids during summer time, they’d have a blast in the lake. A nice sandy bottom. The hosts are very kind and great with communication 🙂 »
