Welcome to our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the award-winning Beau Coast community of Beaufort, NC. This family-friendly property comfortably sleeps 7 and offers a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern convenience—ideal for beach vacations, family getaways, or remote work retreats.
The open-concept main level includes a cozy living area, a dining table that seats 6, and a kitchen island with seating for 4. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and living area, and high-speed internet is available throughout the home.
The main floor primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom with dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet spacious enough for a pack-and-play. Upstairs, you’ll find a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a shared full bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. A futon in the upstairs common area provides extra sleeping space. The home also includes a washer/dryer and dual-zone central AC.
The garage includes 4 adult bikes, 1 child bike, beach chairs and toys, a gas grill, and a Level 2 EV charger.

The home is 3 miles from Radio Island Public Beach, 7 miles to Atlantic Beach, and just 5 minutes to historic Front Street for shopping, dining, and coastal tours.
Beau Coast HOA Rules & Amenities Use
Guests are welcome to enjoy the Beau Coast community amenities, including the pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts, fitness center, and day dock. Please review and follow these HOA guidelines during your stay:
General Rules:
No parties or events are allowed.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the home, porches, pool area, or clubhouse.
Maximum occupancy: 7 guests, including children.
No boats, trailers, or RVs may be parked in the neighborhood.
Children must be supervised at all times in common areas.
Pool Rules:
Pool is seasonal (typically mid-May to mid-September).
Pool hours: 9 AM – 10 PM.
No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.
No glass containers in or around the pool area.
No food or drinks allowed in the water.
No running, horseplay, or loud music.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swim diapers required for young children.
Wet bathing suits are not allowed inside the clubhouse.
Dock Rules:
The dock is for fishing and loading/unloading only.
No unattended boats or overnight docking.
Dock and waterfront areas are shared and first come, first served.
Clean up all trash and belongings before you leave.
Fitness Center:
Use at your own risk.
Wipe down equipment after use.
No food or drinks (except water).
Do not adjust the thermostat.
Pickleball Courts:
Open during daylight hours only.
Proper footwear required.
Children under 12 must be supervised.
Limit play to 1 hour if others are waiting.
Grills:
A gas grill is available at the home and may be moved to the side patio for use. Please clean and return it to the garage after use.
A shared grill is also available at the pool area. Clean thoroughly after use and ensure the propane is turned off. Never leave grills unattended.
