« Great pub super location but the restaurant part needs looking at had English breakfast twice and it started at 8am we sat down at 8.05 and the bacon, sausage, hash brown were rock hard and a lot of people were asking for yogurt but were told sorry but delivery was late (3 days late) Would we go again. « Hôtel tres bien situé à 2 pas de l'abbaye mais des choses a revoir. Les fenêtres tres anciennes et l'ancienneté du bâtiment dont que l'isolation y est a parfaire... beaucoup même... très lourd dans la chambre malgré le fait qu'il ne faisait pas plus de 22° dehors. On ne peux pas ouvrir beaucoup les fenêtres. Le ventilateur est bruyant. On enrends aussi pas mal les bruits dans le couloir et les chanbres proches Le bar du bas est aussi très animé le soir il faut en tenir compte »

« C'était un vendredi et le pub servait alors il y avait un peu de bruit avec la fenêtre ouverte. Mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné. On est allé boire un coup également. L'hôtel n'est pas moderne, mais très confortable. Les chambres sont vraiment très bien. Pour se garer, il y a un parking payant en journée très proche et très pratique pour charger et décharger les affaires. Le personnel est très dynamique, sympathique,le petit déjeuner très copieux. Nous avons apprécié notre nuit ! »

« The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing. »

« While the location is nice the parking is 10 minute walk up a steep hill. Even dropping off luggage is a challenge as it’s right at a very crowded tiny car park. Sadly Expedia sold us the Penthouse room (photos were of it) at a 50 pound discount yet when we got there we got a room with a small window mostly iverlooking the roof and kitchen smoke stack and just a tiny bit of the water. Not happy! Manager said Expedia does that and they have no control. He did take half off dinner but we would...

« I was pleasantly surprised with my room after reading the reviews. I had one of the outside family rooms and it was big and comfortable. It served my purpose for what I needed perfectly. If you're fussy there are a few imperfections but it is good value for the price. »

« We had a pleasant two nights at The Kings Arms Inn, which is situated in a charming medieval village on the outskirts of Yeovil. The Inn is nicely medieval too with plenty of character.
