beach near Gulf District Tours and Activities

When my wife and I first got there the staff was very nice and easy to work with ( we had a 5 day stay ). First night our room ac was not working. The next morning we told the front desk and with in an hour they had replace the non working unit with a brand new! Great job!!! The second day the elevator was broken ( we were on the third floor) made for a little inconvenience. By night the elevator was fixed. The beds were clean but terrible for comfort. The jets in the public hot tub, only half worked. The employees from Track entertainment ( next door ) were blowing the whistle continuously while they were opened ( doing there jobs I’m sure ), when on the balcony or outside it becomes annoying ( everyday ). Water pressure low ( for showers ). We love the ceiling fan above the bed! The forth night someone’s Dodge Challenger was broken into. They parked in the back. My wife and I are in between about going back, for me it’s the uncomfortable bed for her it is the security of our vehicle.

The location was great and convenient and checking in was easy and fast . My only problem was one of the beds had a bad odor to it, like someone slept in the bed and the sheets were not changed. I complained and the front desk brought new linens. Besides that the hotel was ok.

Excellent location, lots of family friendly activities, beautiful property! Staff was not the most friendly.
