With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of space to relax. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, two single beds, two bunk beds, and two trundles, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, featuring modern appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Stay cool with the AC split system, and enjoy the convenience of a stacked washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Entertainment options abound with multiple TVs, a DVD player, and high-speed internet to keep everyone connected and entertained.  
  
Step outside to take in the fresh sea breeze on the deck or open/covered porch, or fire up the BBQ gas grill for a delicious cookout. The home provides beach essentials, including three chairs, one umbrella, and six beach badges, though availability is not guaranteed. Tenants also have access to two kayaks with oars, which must be used at their own risk. A furnished bonus room, located just steps away in the detached garage, offers an additional space to unwind.
