Outstanding LBI property

This house perfectly served our needs. We had three families, and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and utensils. The house was only 1.5 blocks from the beach and two blocks from the bay, making it easy to get little kids where they needed to be. Overall, a perfect house, in a great location.

Beautiful house and great host

This house in Surf City was fantastic and the host was great. Everything was new and clean. No issues other than only a small supply of paper towels and toilet paper. I am sure people just take any extra so I understand why. We just will bring our own next time.

Exactly what we were looking for

Gorgeous, new, large house. Incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our getaway. Felt like it was being at home instead of in a rental. Plus, very nice owners that immediately answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Super shore house in LBI

We have been coming to LBI for the past 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property inside, with great kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful deck on which to dine and rooftop deck on which one can watch the clouds, view the shoreline, and so forth. Very convenient walk to the ocean and good access to the bay. Was a great place to prepare for a day on the beach, rest at night, and even ride out a stormy day. Cannot wait to return...

Wonderful week in Surf City, LBI

A beautiful house, 1 block from the beach! The house was comfortable, clean and within walking distance to local restaurants, markets, and entertainment. The hosts were great and easy to reach if we needed anything!!

Great location, clean, new

New construction home with nice size spaces and finishes. Hard surfaces abound (not a lot of rugs, softness or bathroom towel bars) but everything was clean as a result! Would definitely consider staying there again if they put a dimmer on the kitchen dining area!

Great house, great location

The house is excellent, and fit our large family perfectly, especially the large kitchen, which was a pleasure to cook in. The location is excellent, and only one block from LBI's best coffee place, How're You Brewin (not the greatest name, but great coffee). The cleaning between tenants was not ideal though, and there were little things - like a broken chair or a ripped screen door - that should have been fixed. Still, a great place for a week on LBI.

Bare bones

After building the house and putting furniture inside, it's like they just stopped. Clearly built as a rental. The outdoor area is used for spillover from the owner's construction company next door; no window coverings in the common areas; no place to hang towels in any bathroom; 4 clothes hangars in the entire house; woefully understocked kitchen--most of the cabinets are completely bare. The owner did respond and purchased hangars and kitchen items by mid week, but nothing close to what a well equipped house for 10 people should include.

Nice house with great location!

Second stay and the size of the house is perfect for our yearly 2-family vacation. Owners are very nice and responsive! Kitchen could use a few more accessories like larger pots, cutting boards, etc but otherwise really great house and great experience! Highly recommend!
