This property is a 2nd floor of a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on each floor. It's a Bay Front Property that is only one short block from the Ocean Beach. Very easy Bay and Beach access. For your pleasure and convenience we provide 4 beach badges (kids under 12 are free) and beach chairs. A kayak is available for our guests at no additional cost (shared by both floors) with easy bay access for launching in our back yard. Our large and replenished beach has a full-time lifeguard on duty during the high season. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen 40' TV and a nice comfortable sectional sofa will make you feel like home. Two bedrooms have queen size bed with NEW HIGH QUALITY comfortable mattresses and the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Gas BBQ Grill. Gates on the deck. Please, no smoking. No linens/towels are provided. Washer and dryer are located downstairs in garage area. A deposit of half the term of rental is required at the time of booking as is a signed contract and the balance of the rental is due one month prior to check-in. Saturday - to - Saturday. Check in at 4 pm, check out at 10 am. A short walk to the many restaurants (Daddy O is only a few streets away - it's a nice restaurant, famous for it's happy hours :-)), ice cream parlor and a lunch place DOM's is very close , liquor store, food store and gift shops. Miniature golf is available a short distance away. Fishing equipment, kayaks, surf boards, jet skis are available for rent nearby. As a long time visitor to LBI, I knew the Island and location well so I was happy for this location where you can walk to many places and be close to both the beach and the bay. My reasons for choosing this property were: 1\. The bay front view. 2\. The ability to bring my pup 3\. The rental cost. And this property did not disappoint!! Going in with an understanding that the structure is one of the older more traditional properties, we just wanted clean and accessible and that is what we got. The top deck view of the evening sunset is amazing. I brought my own cushions for the Adirondack deck chairs which we were glad we did because we spent two hours out there every night. You can start your morning with some quick kayaking and then walk to the beach. The owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys. The house is clean and rooms have beachy decor. The deck has a gate so pups or kids cannot fall down the steep stairs. The owners were very quick to reply via text to all questions. We were glad to have spent some time here. The only thing that I found negative was the late ability of getting in. Unless you own hundreds of properties and only hire one cleaning organization it should not take til 400 pm to go in. Also this is a pet friendly unit so I know owner is aware people travel far pets are not allowed on beach so your first day is a wash out. The day you leave is sooo early 10 am but no cleaners come til late because of your 4 pm entrance rule so why do we have to leave early ?so you lose another day because you can’t bring pets on beach and you can’t stay there. The only downside is that this property does not have a dock - so the only access to the bay is over rocks and onto the marsh at low tide. There are tall stairs outside to the upper floor (where we were) which may be an issue for some. We were okay with it, just something to know.. The owners are just super nice, kind and friendly, very responsive. I just cannot say enough about our week there. It was just awesome. I’d give it more than five stars if I could! The house was clean and the owners were quick to respond to my texts. The only issue I had was in the description it said to bring your own sheets and towels, but nothing about bringing your own toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. That would have been a big help. ##### Joyce C. We come to LBI every summer and have rented in different areas. Brant Beach is our favorite! This home is located on LBI Boulevard on the bay side. Short walk to the beach if you don’t have little kids to cross the busy road. The bay view was spectacular and relaxing. We enjoyed peaceful rides in the kayak. LBI offers lots of choices. For a walker like me, the town is great for walking (north or south); also nice trails near LBI. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the duplex and in LBI. The bed we slept on was very very comfy which is rare to find in a rental. Our friends in the other queen room agreed. Everything we needed to cook simple meals was in the kitchen and the unit was very very clean. Would highly recommend this rental. If you are a light sleeper there is some light noise from the boulevard but nothing a fan or white noise machine cant fix. ##### Rachel M.
