"On check in there is no lift it’s broken !! So one lift for a large 2 story hotel !!!! Seems a bit odd we were however shown to the staff lift now the staff parts of the hotel inc the lift are pretty awful worn and dirty. Somebody knocking in my door at 5:30 am looking for somebody. A wedding party taking over the whole hotel, from 6:30am being very loud. ..."
