It has been recently upgraded with a new couch, table, and fast Wi AC. The location is amazing—a true hidden gem. It is next to the great waters of Lake Superior, surrounded by tall trees, and has a perfect bike trail to the city of Bayfield. The condo is a one-minute walk to the marina/restaurant. The city of Bayfield is 2.3 mi from Brookside condos. You can hike or bike the Brownstone Trail along the lake. You will have the condo all to your self. Access is done via a smart lock on the door. There is a firepit with chairs and wood that is shared among all the condos. You have access to an outside patio, shared firepit, and use of the marina pool (which opens July 1). In the winter, you have easy access to the snowmobile trails. The lake trail is 3 minutes away. For a detailed map, look up: Bayfield snowmobile trail map We will send you an email with the address, check-in instructions, your smart lock code, and other info 48 hours before your check-in date/time. The condo is located 2 miles from the city of Bayfield. Guests can use the outside marina pool that opens July 1st. The condo has a beautiful view of the trees with small patio outside to enjoy peaceful evenings. There is a grill that guests can use and a wood-burninga fire pit for common use. There is plenty of firewood available. In addition to amazing outdoor activities, Bayfield is known to be a berry capital with multiple amazing berry farms, cideries, and wineries. Enjoy dinners at the great family-owned little restaurants, try the famous white fish, fried white fish livers, and trout, and remember to cruise into sunset and enjoy a romantic end to an amazing day. Well behaved dogs are welcomed. About the condo: Kitchen—The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need: pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, a new knife set, coffee maker, slow cooker, blender, toaster, cookie sheets, etc. There is a table for two to enjoy coffee or tea. Bedroom 1 – Has a queen bed with a large screen TV with cable. Bedroom 2 – Has a queen bed with a large screen TV with cable. Bedroom 3 – Has two twin beds. This is the perfect bedroom for the kids. Living room—The living room has a nice couch and dining table with seating for 6, along with a TV with cable. Bathroom—This is a full bathroom with a shower, tub, and sink. The shower/tub is accessed via a step. Toiletries, towels, sheets, and blankets are all provided. In addition, 1 roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper are provided. If you need additional, please contact us and allow a couple of hours for delivery. A few words from past guests: “Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Bayfield. It's a great location being a five minute walk to Lake Superior views and only a short drive to downtown Bayfield. The amenities are fantastic -- the kitchen has all you'll need, a washer and dryer, grill, and bonfire pit. The wifi worked great, and the space was very clean and comfortable. It was an easy 5 minute drive to Big Top, and about the same to Bayfield for restaurants and shopping.The bedrooms were comfy, and the linens soft. We made most of our meals at the condo, and the kitchen was very well stocked with every pan and cooking utensil you might need. We sat on the patio for our morning coffee, and again in the evenings. There were other condos nearby, but it still felt private and secluded, sitting right next to the woods. All communication with Alex and Kate, both before and during our stay was friendly and helpful, with quick response times, making for an easy check in/check out process.I definitely recommend staying here for your next Bayfield visit. ##### Erin L. We got there, and the living room carpet and the bedding in one of the rooms had urine on in it. We laundered the bedding and rolled up the carpet. The hosts were very receptive and apologetic. The fridge was also not very clean. Their sign also said to take off your shoes, and my feet were quickly dirty. I can't stand the feeling of dirt on my feet. It was a cute, convenient location close to everything touristy in town. My only criticism would be to do a deep clean every now and then. I appreciated all the cooking items, and we ended up having a great time. I would still recommend it as a comfortable place to take your Apostle Islands vacation. ##### Ashley J. It was a perfect place to relax after adventuring. We loved seeing Bayfield, cruising through the Apostle Islands and Meyers Beach. Since the road was washed out we had to take the long way to the sea caves through Cornucopia. We saw waterfalls, the spring, and a lovely coffee shop on the way. The owners were responsive to our questions, and we took their suggestion to eat at the Bistro, which had vegetarian options for some of our crew. It was so good we went twice. ##### Riyanti B. The full kitchen was perfect for our 6 person group. Our stay was hidden in the trees, but was perfectly located near downtown Bayfield.
