We've newly installed brand new A/C as of July 2025 to keep you cool all year round. Our lovely villa has four spacious bedrooms, all including built-in wardrobes, Air conditioning, two equipped kitchens and bathrooms, along with a private pool with its own bar and green areas. There’s also two balconys for taking in the views of the ocean horizon and enjoying the cool year round breeze. Culpepper Spring and Marley Vale bay are just a short walk away; you’ll have it all and more at Lailamar. Lailamar villa contains four roomy bedrooms each with A/C, built in wardrobes stocked with fresh linens, towels, security safe and hairdryer. Each floor includes a spacious bathroom, which includes a bath, shower and double basin sink. Step out of any of the four bedrooms and you’ll be greeted with a generous open plan living area which extends into a dining area seating up to 6 people. Adjacent to the dining table on both floors you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the expected necessities including a top loading washing machine. An exclusively private swimming pool with bar and a garden area are situated to the rear of the property, accessible via the double patio doors in the living area downstairs or, from either side of the building.
