Our apartments are located on the 35th floor, on the first coastline in Batumi with a beautiful view of the Black Sea coast (on the right) and views of modern Batumi and the mountains of Turkey (on the left). The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a small kitchen area, a minibar, a microwave to air conditioning, a smart TV with internet and free Wi-Fi. The apart-hotel has: 24-hour reception and security services, as well as cleaning and laundry services. Convenient location allows you to walk along the Batumi embankment and dine in various cafe-restaurants of Georgian, Turkish and European cuisine within walking distance.
