The hotel sits atop Batu hill and which means it is quiet. Secondly, it is very close to downtown area and main road to Malang. The staff was courteous and professional.

Rooms need to be equipped with wardrobe. Hanging spaces insufficient. There were no hand or face towels.

プールサイドの毎晩のカラオケとバンド音楽が非常にうるさい。部屋を反対側に買えて貰ったら聞こえなくなったのでスタッフは対応力ある。しかし部屋の掃除が行き届いておらずホコリや髪の毛が目立ったので掃除し直して貰ったことがある。朝食も週末は席がなく相席になったり朝開始の時間に食べたいものの準備が整っていないなど不満が残った。

Food was fantastic, lots of varieties for breakfast. However, as our room was on the 7th floor and directly below the restaurant, night time entertainment can be quite loud and disturbing. Luckily we were too tired exploring Batu during the day that we just got knocked off almost immediately! 😆

Excellent Hotel with Outstanding Staff
Excellent service from the minute we arrived. Room and facilities were tip top. We were made to feel very welcome with smiles and greetings at every corner. Management and Staff deserve recognition and the best way is to highly recommend this hotel to all would be travellers to Batu.
