Bates Nut Farm Tours and Activities

Didn’t have service or WiFi in our room. Customer service was absent. Kept us on the phone for over an hour insisting we had connectivity even though we didn’t. No one actually came to the room so not sure how they knew. Kept giving us the run around and telling us to escalate it to different phone numbers. After two days we decided we were done wasting time on our vacation and gave up with no resolution. We had to go out to the parking lot to connect WiFi or get limited service. For that, be aware. If you have an issue you’re probably on your own. My kids enjoyed the pools. Be aware they close the slides at 7. The amenities were nice. Everything felt a little outdated, but clean enough. Enough to do on the property you could (and probably should) just stay there your whole trip. Not many stores close by which was fine for us but would be difficult if you were planning on frequently grocery shopping or dining out.

Nice place with a lot of character.
