The room and stay was excellent. The hotel and room were clean with ample parking and the staff were very friendly. Had a meal and breakfast and the food was very nice. The only negative was the bar prices. £46 or £37 for a bottle of wine, paid less in London hotels.

A sign of the times I suppose, no biscuits in the room, receptionist or manageress, totally unwelcomeing, didn't seem to want to be there. Lovely few days away. Great cottage perfect for what we wanted. The pub in the village is perfect for a pint or two. Cottage very clean and comfortable, garden perfect for the dog.
