Villa With Stunning Views, Beautiful Beaches

Our Gorgeous West Indian Style home is located at the end of the most beautiful drive over the mountains and hills of the stunning SE Peninsula.

We are built into the hill just above Turtle Beach with a short walk to the beach and great snorkeling. The Car Park and Storage Shed is just off the road. From the Car Park, Enter through a "Kittitian" Stone entry, go down the tilled stairs, follow the winding path through a mature Island Garden entry, to the West Indian main entrance.

Beyond the entrance is a Garden Eating area with beautiful Bougainvilleas, palm trees,, Fragrant Jasmine, Table and Chars under an umbrella, on a tiled deck, with views out 3 arched openings, to the tip of the Island and the Ocean.

Entrance takes you into the main, Indoor Open Living Area with couch, chair, ottoman, rocker, and Entertainment Center, with 40 inch flat screen and full cable / WiFi. Open Chef's Kitchen, with Stainless appliances, large sit-at Island with prep-sink, 3 stools. Gas stove and Kitchen Work station face a window overlooking the Ocean, Nevis, and Boobie Island. The window opens onto the outside Bar & Grill Area.

A Large Master Bedroom with AC, En Suite and King size bed is located off the left side of the main living area. High ceilings with traditional West Indian exposed, "Pickled" wood ceilings. There are 2 all glass French doors, one opening onto a small deck, facing Nevis and the Ocean , and the other opening onto the pool deck. There is a desk and chair. Beautifully tiled En Suite has a double vanity, shower and bath with door to outside shower which has opening facing Nevis...Good way to start the day or shower under the sunset! Through the bath enter a walk-in, his and her closet.

To the right of the kitchen is a small hall with laundry area and beautifully tiled quest bath. This bath also has door to outdoor tiled shower under the stars!

Off hall is upstairs Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed, small closet, lots of drawer storage, AC, Glass French doors looking out at Nevis and ocean that opens onto the pool deck.

Out through the 2 sets of Nevis made [with local hardwoods] French Doors, brings you from the Main Indoor Living Space, to the Main Outdoor Living Space. This space comprises of a roof covered 45 foot by 25 foot space and an open sunning / pool area. Under the roof;
1] is a Reading Area; with a couple very comfortable chairs, ottomans, table with lamp.
2] a Dining Area; High end Teak Table and chairs that seats 10.
3] Bar & Grill Area; A 4 stool Corner Bar made with local stones off the lot. Part of bar runs in front of windows open into the kitchen. Behind other corner of bar is liquor & glass set-up with prep area and under neath beer and wine frig.
4] Next to Bar is stainless Gas Grill and cooking area.
Sun Deck;
Located in front of Cover Outdoor Living space is the sun deck with 2 comfortable padded Chaise, Seating area, 12 x 8 foot infinity edge plunge pool with built in bench seats on 2 sides. The pool is 4 feet deep on one end and 8 feet deep on the other.

To the back left of the main living area is a staircase leading to the 2 downstairs bedrooms;
Straight ahead is the "Over Flow bedroom"with AC. It's large, with a Queen Bed, TV entertainer center, Small dining table and 2 chairs, room on the floor for a couple of blow-up mattresses. There is an all glass French Door that looks out at Nevis and opens onto a deck with table & chairs under an umbrella. A large En-suite Bath with shower is located in the back. of room.

At the foot of the stairs to the left is the spacious Garden Bedroom with AC, Queen Bed, large built in closet, 2 chest of drawers, All Glass French Door that open onto a deck looking out over the Coconut Trees, Banana trees, pretty Bougainvillea, Philipe Alamandas, and grasses in the rock garden. There is a large En-suite Bathroom with shower.

Primary renter must be 25+ years of age.
