The apartment offers space for up to 4 people on 42 m² and has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area. The equipment includes an air-conditioned living kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, SAT-TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, 2-plate cooker, sink, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC and washbasin. On the furnished south terrace (8 m²) you can enjoy sea views and spend relaxed hours. A washing machine is available for communal use. A baby bed can be provided upon request. The house is located in a purely residential area without through traffic and is surrounded by plenty of greenery. In the shady garden, you will find a dining area under the pergola as well as a barbecue area. The landlords live on site and are available for questions or laundry needs. In the vicinity, you can reach the centre and the old town of Baska after approximately a 10-minute walk along the promenade with restaurants, souvenir shops, and sights. Public parking spaces are available at the property. Included in the price are bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, WiFi, use of air conditioning, final cleaning, and tourist tax.
