Once you have the key you can proceed to unit 13E where we have on-site parking in one of our 2 reserved spaces. If you need more than two you can use the overflow lot which is located next to the front desk. Our property manager Tim is nearby to assist in any way. We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
