Our stay here was great, check in was easy. The house was lovely, modern and clean. All essentials, everything you need for a few days. Fully equipped kitchen, not that we cooked 😉 Bars and restaurants, a 15 min walk away. 10 mins drive to Walney Island, lovely walks and loads of wildlife. 15 mins drive from South Lakes Safari Park. It's very well equipped and comfortable. Really good size family bathroom with a bath and an excellent over bath shower. The whole house was clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday although there's plenty of places to eat out or get in through Just eat. The property has a lovely secure decked area at the rear which was great for the kuds and the dog. The stairs are a little steep but there's a handrail. This is a great place to use as a base for exploring or just to chill out in a change of scenery. There's a fabulous park about 12 minutes walk away which was a big hit with the kids and the dog.
