Barnesville Vacation Packages

My wife and I booked this hotel back in February for the Oddities event. However, had we known what the property was like beforehand, we definitely would have chosen elsewhere. Upon arrival, the first room that we were placed in has roaches. I did complain and we were moved to a different room. I no longer saw any bug issues but the room was filthy. There was dirt on the floor, forcing us to wear socks the entire time, and the walls were filthy. There were also holes in the blanket bed and our sink kept backing up, bringing up something pink from the sink. In the parking lot, there is a small strip of grass which was littered with dog poop everywhere. The only reason we chose to still stay was because we drove 6 hours to Maryland and we didn't have money for other accomodations. Howbeit, I definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel.

It would be very helpful to have a convenient way to get beverages to take to your room. It is a huge pain to go to the desk and wait for them to get drinks or for room service.

Room was not clean. Curtain was hanging off. A lot of people standing outside and people walking in off the street. The man at the front desk told me to not go past the gate after midnight. He said it gets bad on the street in front of the motel.

The room was sufficient, it met our needs for the one night. Room was cleaned, but the outside steps to the rooms were not cleaned.
