Studio apartment with fitness room is located in the basement at Liveien 5—separate entrance. Drive south from downtown Setermoen on the E6 toward Narvik. Drive past the Smestad building, then turn right off the E6 onto Seterveien. Follow Seterveien uphill for about 160 metres, then turn left onto Skogveien. Follow Skogveien for about 240 metres, then turn right onto Liveien. Liveien 5 is the second grey house on the right side of Liveien, about 80 metres down Liveien. Free parking in the courtyard.

If you’re coming from the south, for example from Narvik or Lofoten, you can turn left onto the E6 and then onto Seterveien before reaching downtown Setermoen, then simply follow Seterveien uphill about 160 metres and turn left onto Skogveien; follow Skogveien for about 240 metres and then turn onto Liveien, where Liveien 5 is the second grey house on the right side of Liveien, about 80 metres along Liveien. If you use Google Maps, you may receive different directions, but they will also lead you to the correct location since there are several routes you can take.

The key to the rental unit is in the key box outside the door to the basement entrance; look for the black key box to the right of the door to the basement entrance. The code for the key box will be sent the day before arrival. Upon arrival, open the key box, take out the key, unlock the door to the basement entrance, go down the stairs, and unlock the front door with the key. Parking: Free parking in the courtyard. If you need to use the electric car charger, drive or back the car into the garage so you can connect to the charger (the electric car charger is located in the garage on the long wall to the left when you’re standing in front of the garage).

Internet: Wi-Fi network: Liveien5, password: Cantona789

Washer/dryer: Feel free to use them. Use the laundry detergent in the bathroom or bring your own. The washing machine and dryer use the same outlet on the back wall. Plug in the machine you’re using.

Bathroom. There are a few rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. Bring your own or buy more if needed.

Bedding and towels are in the bedroom. Extra towels are in the bathroom. There is a TV connected to Apple TV in the bedroom.

Standard toiletries such as soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper are in the bathroom and may be used freely. Bring or buy extras as needed.

Fitness room with two treadmills, a spin bike, and various exercise equipment.

When checking out, leave the rental unit as you found it upon arrival. Light cleaning. Lock the front door and return the front door key to the key box outside.

The nearest trash container is 100 metres down toward the E6, on Skogveien just before the entrance to Liveien.

There are three grocery stores in Setermoen: Coop Extra, Rema 1000, and Bunnpris. Bunnpris is also open on Sundays.
