A little south of the old town of Bardolino and only 100 meters from the lakeshore, this apartment, renovated with attention to detail, is on the second and last floor in a quiet condominium with covered parking space and a large and green communal lawn. In the spacious and bright living and dining room there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, sink with two bowls, a large dining table, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks. Furthermore, there is air conditioning, a comfortable large sofa, WiFi, satellite TV and the double French doors to the terrace with automatic awning and of course a great view of the lake. A bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers and a bedroom with a modern bunk bed, built-in cupboards, and a wall cupboard. It is suitable for 4 people with the possibility of an additional travel cot. Bathroom with window, bidet, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine and storage room with tumble dryer. The furniture is made to measure and the windows have mosquito screens and blinds to darken. The apartment also includes a small cellar for storing bicycles and a covered parking space in the fenced residence. In a very central location is only 10 minutes far from the main square of Bardolino and 5 minutes from the two big supermarkets Interspar and Lidl. CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00. EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00 LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service. CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality. LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. Séjour de 10 nuits en août 2024 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Sonja T. 31 mai 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### Verdreckte Unterkunft und eine unfähige,unverschämte Vermieterin Diese Fewo war total verdreckt-Küche,Spüle,in der Kaffeemaschine noch die benutze Filtertüte,Backofen noch die Krümel vom Vormieter-beim Duschen lief das Wasser nicht ab-Toilette nicht geputzt. Bei den zwei Spülbecken lief das Wasser nach dem Abwasch nicht mehr ab. Haben per Email vor der Anreise in die Fewo Bettwäsche und Handtücher geordert und dann auch bezahlt. Keine vorhanden-wurden mitten in der Nacht gebracht-aber nichts passte.Falsche Größen!!! Keine Zudecke im anderen Bett!!! Nach Ankunft waren wir Abendessen und kamen zurück zur Fewo-kamen aber nicht ins Haus-Schlüssel passte nicht. Nach Anruf kam die Vermieterin verspätet-fast 2 Stunden auf sie gewartet. Hysterisch und laut verhielt sich die Dame. Sowas von enttäuscht und verärgert fuhren wir dann 1 Tag vorher ab,denn wir konnten nicht mal unser Geschirr abwaschen,weil den beiden Spülbecken das Wasser nicht mehr ablief. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entsprach den Beschreibungen im Angebot. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Auch eine Bushaltestellen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Minuten. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Lage zur Straße, welche in Spitzenzeiten bei offenen Fenster sehr laut ist. ##### Tilo H. Die Ferienwohnung liegt allerdings ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß davon entfernt. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Noch nie so gehabt. Top ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war ok. Sie war gut ausgestattet, eine fehlende Kaffeemaschine wurde innerhalb von zwei Stunden nagelneu nachgeliefert. Wir können uns den anderen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Einzig die Westlage des großen Balkons hatten wir nicht bedacht. Durch den durchgehenden Sonneneinfall war es trotz guter Markise dort immer sehr heiß (wir hatten Temperaturen um die 35 Grad).
