Spacious and modern flat in a central yet quiet area. Located next to Sant Antoni market and close to Barcelona Fair.   
  
The apartment has 4 rooms:

The apartment has a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and has air conditioning, heating and free high-speed WIFI internet. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, bed sheets and a hairdryer are included.   
  
The apartment is located in a welcoming neighbourhood, it is a very active area, but also safe and quiet. Near the apartment there are many businesses and services, shops, bars, restaurants, banks. It is an ideal apartment also for visitors & professionals of La Fira de Barcelona (only 10 minutes walking from La Fira).

#### appartement bien situé mais annonce erronée

Appartement propre et bien situé, sur ce côté la il n'y a pas de problème. Nous avions choisi celui-ci car il y avait initialement parking mais IL N'Y A PAS DE PARKING ! il y a que des parking privé qui coute un bras : 70€ pour 3 jours ! du coup sa nous a généré des frais supplémentaires... pour ce qui est du propriétaire.... je n'ai jamais eu de reponse à mes mails, ni de mes messages sur le site auquel il est affilié. Les prix était différent entre ma réservation sur Abritel et le site apparenté apparteasy... et a lheure actuel je ne sais toujours pas combien je vais payé... puisque personne ne m'a repondu même sur WhatsApp avec le numero du propriétaire... Ensuite l'appartement en lui-même. Très sombre, car tout en longueur dans un immeuble, les seuls fenetre donnant sur dehors sont celles dans la chambre principal et le salon, les autre fenêtres donne sur la cage d'escalier ou alors face a un autre mur. Certains équipements de l'appartement sont fatigués comme la machine a laver, qui reste fonctionnel, qui fait un bruit infernal a l'essorage. A ne pas faire le soir ! Pour l'équipement vaisselle, il est relativement complet mais les poeles sont très fatiguée. Nous avions besoins d'une bouilloire électrique que nous avons trouvé, mais qui as été posé sur le gaz par un précédent locataire donc tout le fond en plastique de celle-ci etait fondu. Il y avait également un fauteil cassé qui n'était pas enlevé ou changé. Il fesait une chaleur moite dans l'appartement, sans que l'air conditionné de l'immeuble (pas la clim) pyisse changé quelques chose, et pas de présence de ventilateur. Mais vraiment le gros point noir de cette appart ou plutôt annonce cest que il était marqué parking et que cest pour ça que nous avions pris cette appartement mais que il n'y en avait pas... depuis l'annonce a changé semble-t-il... en bref, un peu déçu dans l'ensemble

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à Barcelone, nous avons contacté l'agence AppartEasy pour récupérer l'appartement. On nous explique que nous avons un autre appartement qui sera mieux... Bien, mais pas le même emplacement et pas du tout fonctionnel par rapport à celui initialement prévu (pas de lave vaisselle, cuisine à l'opposé de la pièce de vie) Propreté à revoir, nécessaire pour manger aussi...

Appartement sympa, bien situé pour visiter les principaux lieux touristiques de la ville aussi bien à pied qu'en transports en commun. Un peu petit pour 8 personnes, idéal pour 6\. Le fait qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain et toilettes est commode. Si la literie est correcte, les chaises sont vraiment usées et devraient être remplacées rapidement, non pas par confort mais par sécurité.

The management company was very nice. However, the unit itself was sub-par. It was extremely LOUD, 24/7 street noise, brawling neighbors and someone who came in at 4 am everyday banging doors as they went. The unit is in need of a refresh (someone drew a phallic symbol on the wall) still noticeable despite the paint and the housewares are limited. Also found used underwear in my room, couch was fraying and internet was spotty at best. Would not recommend.

Apartment was lovely, and in a nice area, however, it is situated further out then what was advertised. 18 mins from The Ramblas rather than the 7 mins as stated. The apartment was in need of some modernisation, such as the showers as there was no way to control the temperature of water. More mugs and wine glasses were required as there were not enough there for our party, and there was only one duvet. We did message the management to advise of our issues whilst there, however no response was received during our stay. The automated entrance to the accommodation was faultless, however, the instructions stated floor 1, door 1, whereas in fact the accommodation was on floor 3, door 1\. Overall, the apartment was clean and tidy and was a good base, with lovely local restaurants and transport links nearby.

#### Fantastic Location

This was a great location for a family seeking to explore and enjoy the city but also needs a break from tourist crowds. We walked to most places and had a metro station 6 min away when needed. Even taxis were easy to get. There was plenty of room for 4 of us. Supermarkets, fruit stands, San Antoni, and great restaurants were all nearby. Minor details in the apartment keep it at 4 stars. Still a great place.

#### Good, but frustrating

The apartment was clean and had room for our family of five. We were disappointed with the broken oven and dishwasher handle and the noise level of the neighbors that kept us up most nights (we moved the mattress into the living room to sleep). We were also disappointed that our texts expressing our frustration with the noise were not returned by Marianna. We did however get a hold of Luis by phone. He did come over but the music was not playing at that time. This was not a bad place to stay but we did experience some frustrations.

#### Fabulous Apartment in Lovely Neighborhood

Our family of six visited Barcelona for the first time in December 2019\. This apartment was perfect with a nice size kitchen and refrigerator, two bathrooms with showers and a balcony. The neighborhood offered many cafes, markets and restaurants for us to enjoy. We were close to the Metro and the San Antone market. Two recommendations would be: Cafe Pedra for morning lattes and Bar Ramone for delicious and authentic evening tapas.

We had a great experience in Barcelona thanks to such a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many great restaurants and shops. Quick walking access to the metro too. Would highly recommend to all.

#### Good spot in Barcelona, with one risk

Great spot, easy to find, neighborhood is adjacent to a lot of attractions. Clean, attractive, comfortable, manager was kind and helpful. Bedrooms are comfortable, one is a like a tomb where I slept perfectly despite the street noise below. The only thing to watch out for is the noise of others in the building, Barcelona is a late-night (scratch that - ALL night) town, we knew that, But when somebody in the next-door apartment STARTS a big party at 6 AM, you will take notice. Other than that, a good value.

#### Wonderful place to stay

The unit is both spacious and charming and Albert and Mariana were extremely helpful with the logistics of checking in. If you are looking to accomodate a family, this is the place. Convenient to the Metro and in a great walking neighborhood. Surrounded by full time residents, it truly lets you experience the city like a native. We were sad to leave and hope to rebook it on our next trip back.

La casa ha una insonorizzazione pessima, ad ogni ora della notte sentiamo i vicini entrare ed uscire di casa ed il rumore della loro musica. Non e' stato possibile dormire senza svegliarsi svariate volte per notte. 2 camere piccole e non corrispondenti alle foto evidentemente fatte con grandangolo, in Italia non sarebbero a norma. Armadio rotto. Porta del bagno che non chiude. Infissi vecchissimi. Aaciugamani e lenzuola vecchi, meglio cambiarli e darli nuovi. La casa non e' come dalle aspettative.

Very nice, in town location. It worked for our family of 6 as we were out all day/evening. Easy metro/bus access. City traffic noise in the morning—as expected. Washer/dryer always an operating challenge in Europe.

Clean Apartment, small efficient bathrooms both with showers Great size kitchen, large refrigerator, microwave, stove and table that sits 6\. Main bedroom with queen size bed, 3 other bedrooms, 1 with 2 twins, 2 with single twin beds. Great location, close to markets, restaurants, bars and shopping. A couple blocks from 2 metro stations. Will stay here again!
