This charming and light-filled apartment features original details such as traditional tiles and wooden beams, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and sound system. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. A dining table allows you to comfortably enjoy meals for up to 4 people. A staircase leads directly to your private rooftop terrace, one of the apartment’s highlights. This fully equipped outdoor space includes a chill-out area and a dining table, where you can enjoy sunshine all day long and take in views of Torre Agbar, Tibidabo, the Vila Olímpica towers, and the sea. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include WiFi connection, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, and a safe in the bedroom. The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the beach, and Bogatell metro station is right nearby. Poblenou is like a small village within Barcelona, located next to the beach. The area was fully redeveloped for the 1992 Olympic Games and includes Vila Olímpica, Diagonal Mar, and the Forum. You will also find the famous Rambla del Poblenou, lined with restaurants and cafés stretching from Avinguda Diagonal to the sea. House Rules Minimum age: Groups under 25 years old are not allowed. Noise: Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances. Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Fine between 50 € and 250 €. Pets: Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (20 € additional charge). The access to the roof is via a trap door which was a bit weird. But we stayed for four nights and only one bath towel per person was provided, and when we texted for fresh towels they said no. For the price per night fhey could be less stingy. I travel a lot (once per month) and the norm is at least two towels.
