Location is key: You will be a short walk ( 7 minutes) away from the most important shopping area (the intersection of Passeig de Gracia with Diagonal). Bask in the warm sun as you enjoy fancy boutiques or small designer stores, have drinks on a cute terrace, eat at fine restaurants, visit arts galleries, libraries and experience the most important Gaudi buildings in Barcelona!

Travelling by car?

If you are planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot ahead of time online, and offer a discount via parclick.

Is this a work trip?

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be 😇

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 4 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!

Long term bookings have an additional cost of €225 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.

Thanks to its close to the city center location, this flat is easily reachable from the airport by train (20 minutes), shuttle bus (A1 or A2 in Plaça de Catalunya), taxi (if you want to enjoy the views) or metro (only 3 stops away from the Fontana station).

The flat is fitted with brand new appliances and stocked with everything you need, from cutlery, sheets, towels, individual dressing gowns, High speed wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, kettle, microwave grill to a washing machine. You will be greeted with a welcome pack of water, coffee, tea, salt and sugar.

Central location, quiet place: this apartment is located on a small street with almost no car traffic, on the 1st floor of a building that has an elevator.
Fresh produce and other groceries can be purchased from the farmers’ market which is one minute away walking.

There is only one AC unit in the living room.

Enjoy the Spanish sun, the food and life in the Catalan capital in one of the best locations right next to the Mediterranean.
Very well connections 1min walking to the underground. Very easy to arrive from the airport to the centre by train in 20 minutes or by buses A1 or A2 or by taxi. You can arrive very easily to our apartment from the centre, enjoying the views by taxi or by underground in only 3 stops to Fontana station. Is also connected with the mainline railway station in 2 stops and 1 minute walking to the regional train station Gracia. There is also an extensive bus service to a wide range of locations around the city. The fresh market food is only 1 minute walk from the apartment.
