A few steps from the Molino Theater on Paral-Lel Avenue. This apartment consists of a bright living room, with an equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, etc.), a dining room and a lounge (sofa, TV.). The sofa is convertible, and can accommodate 3 people. The living room opens onto a balcony and is equipped with air conditioning. On the night side, the apartment has one bedroom, with a Queen bed. The bedroom includes storage space and is air-conditioned. You will also find a large bathroom, with a shower, toilet and sink. The Apartment has an ideal location as it is close to the Paral-Lel metro station, allowing you to reach the center of Barcelona in just 5 minutes! The building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the current 5th floor. If you are looking for a cozy and well-located apartment for your vacation, this apartment is for you! :) \-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. \-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit. \-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine. \-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). \-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector.
