This newly refurbished modern flat will be the base for your exploration of Barcelona. It is spacious and luminous and is perfect for families with kids. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom in facing the street (a very small and quiet street) and the second one with the bunk beds is and interior and quiet bedroom too. A living room with open plan kitchen, dining room and living room facing the beautiful garden with private swimming pool. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds for 2 people. The building has been newly renovated and there are just 2 flats within the building. Touristic license number HUTB-008556-92- Barcelona City Council charges the tourist tax, which amounts € 5 per person per night of stay (for a maximum of 7 nights and over 16 years). The Gracia neighborhood is wonderful and I always felt safe. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within a few blocks of the property. The apartment is as pictured and the outside area is very nice. The street is quiet, there is more foot traffic than vehicle traffic. The central location means you can walk just about everywhere, but there is a subway stop about 8 minutes from the apartment. The kids loved the pool, we cooked our own meals in the kitchen. You are in the city and the main bedroom is on the street so you will here the occasional reveler but its fleeting. ##### Niko P.
